Left Lane CRM is a custom WordPress customer relationship management solution designed specifically for the day-to-day needs of Left Lane Staffing. It provides a centralized system for storing company records, contact details, addresses, phone numbers, account notes, and other important customer information. By keeping this data organized in one location, the platform gives the sales team a clearer and more efficient way to manage both prospective and existing clients.

The CRM is integrated with the company’s website through a customized lead-generation form. When a prospective customer submits an inquiry, the information is automatically captured, stored in the CRM, and flagged for follow-up.
